Our mission is to train, impart, equip and release believers in order to live the great commandment and fulfill the great commission

Train  -  This has everything to do with discipleship. In preparing students for ministry they need much more than an education of the mind they need an education in and of the Spirit. In training the students we will not only focus on Biblical studies but on the essential aspects of ministry many times left out. These are matters of ethics, of maintaining healthy families while in ministry, the disciplines of Christ, and leadership & management, just to name a few. We are committed to training our students to not only learn how to prepare and deliver a message but more importantly, to become the message.

Impart  -  The word impart means to disclose and to bestow; that is exactly what we at ANSM intend to reach for. The students who attend ANSM are those who are currently active in ministry or are intentionally preparing themselves for ministry. These students, young and old, will not only have their minds developed but also their lives. Through counseling, accountability, worship and relationship we trust God to raise up  men and women who walk in anointing, in character and in love. This means we will concentrate not only on the acknowledgement of truth but the impartation of it.

Equip  -  Whoever said that doctrine was not very important in order to be a minister of the gospel did not understand the Bible very well. The instructors at ANSM are all ordained ministers of the gospel representing various denominations. They each teach in their particular area of expertise and all place a high priority on the scholastic achievements of their students.  We believe it is imperative that we equip a generation of ministers who are able to rightly divide the Word of Truth. ANSM will always place notable importance on equipping the students in the Word of God.

Release  -  What good is training if there is no release? At ANSM, when available, we work in cooperation with the students home church or particular field of ministry to see the release of what has been imparted.   We  work to aid the student in identifying their giftings and callings and walk alongside them as they embark into their particular field. We  also require a short term missions trip to be made by each student in the one or two year program.

  • ANSM is in operation to see the release of equipped and trained laborers into the harvest field, whether it be a local children's ministry or a missions calling to the nations.
